Okay so here's my deal:
I'm a 20 year old college student. I am 5'6" and less than 160 lbs, about 8% body fat- worse yet, I keep losing weight...even with my 3000 cal diet on top of 2 protien shakes daily, and ntrotech or mesotech bars in between meals. My max bench is pretty much stuck at 225 lbs, and deadlift at 320. I have even cut out cardio all together in an effort to gain mass, but alas my 10 mile/day running from high school track has still not gone away from my metabolism. I want mass. I am working as hard as humanly possible for it. Someone has just told me about a workout consisting of 3 days heavy, break, 3 days light, break. Sounds rough though because it requires you to work muscle groups 2x/week. Currently I just blast one muscle group a day 4x a week. Also, I have tried to stay away from creatine and such but now im not sure anymore. Any input on how to help me gain mass would be greatly appreciated!!!

Creatine is not going to help you gain weight. Since you have a very fast metabolism, you will have to increase your calories to between 3,500 - 4,500 to gain weight. I will bet you anything that if you consume this much calories, you will gain weight!

Good luck!
