Hi my name is Rich. I'm lovin' the fitness tracker and workout routine this site build for me. I'm currently in the U.S. Air Force and am deploying to Afghanastan in January 2010, and would love to get in great shape before I go. I've been working out off and on for 3 years with long periods of lazyness. Just wanted to know if there is any great multi-vitamins out there that I could take to help my diet? if anyone has some good advice....I'm not one for veggies, only meat and starch filled foods. So as you can imagine, i'm not out of shape but no where near top shape. I'm currently taking "Black Powder" for extra pumps and focus before my workouts, and it seems to work great. Didn't mean to ramble on, so if anyone could help me out with fast acting results for strength and getting more ripped. Please let me know!!! Thanks!
