Hi, Tomorrow will be the First day i'm doing the fitness plan and i understand how to do the exersizes, just don't know whether to finish each one or do them in a circuit?Like for instance it says to do 4 sets of front dumbell raises, 4 lateral raises, 3 cable lats, and 3 wrist curls. Should i go through one set of each for 3 circuits and then do a fourth with the two that have 4 sets, or just do each exercise all the way through?
