I had an injury a while back, and I'm just now starting to get back into the swing of things. I am going to start back into my Max OT program next week. I love this program and the last time I was on the program, my maxes just skyrocketed. Along with the Max OT program I am going to be working forearms pretty hard, so that this time they keep up with my progress. I will keep all of you posted on how I am doing.
