hello... my name is mick and i just began my definition exercises. i was just wondering if my age (14) is a good age to start at. plus i only have dumbells so i only have 20 pound dumbell weights. is this good for me? should i wait until im 16? please answer i dont want to injure myself.

I don't think that exercising properly ever hurt anyone, but the individual who could best answer your question would be your doctor. You should schedule a physical examination with him/her.
As with the pound of the weights, each person is different; you should lift what is comfortable for you....
