Hi im 16, and as you can tell by my name im a skinny lad. I dont weigh 90 lbs however but its more like 135 lbs on a 5'11 frame.

My question is, the program has me started doing four sets of normally something like 20 reps 12 reps 11 reps 10 reps. From my experience and what i know most people do 10 reps with a heavy weight so your fighting through your last few reps for increased strength and muscle mass. Why am I doing so many reps on this program?

Also I have a great gym in my basement with a mix of machines and a set of free weights. I was wondering if there was some sort of chart that would tell me what muscle group is used on which exercise. This is because if i put machines and freeweights it uses machines i dont have and if I use just freeweights then I dont know what exercises i can use my machines for.

Any help would be appreatiated. :)

I think most of us use the 8-12 rep range. The 20 rep set is intended as a warmup and since you already have a home gym feel free to use your experience. Look at the top of the page and you'll see Health Resources. Click on that and it will take you to the area that has the exercise/body part break down.
