Hi I'm a 51 year old female who needs to lose 55lbs. I want to lose and tone up my arms and stomach. I have a bad shoulder so I can't raise my arm over my head,hope to some day. I also have a bad back and neck. so what is there I can do to work out?

Try the 12 week program "Weight loss and definition training" on here, and put in your injuries for shoulders,(step3) where asked in the questionnaire. Remember you are not 20 years old anymore, so it will take longer to see results, as our muscles deteriorate and our metabolic rate slows . Good Luck and welcome.
