Hi all. My goal here is to lose fat while toning up my muscle. I used to be on a high carb high aerobic training but put the weight back on. Now I'm trying to include weight trainig in my routine to firm myself up. I'm 6'3 at 235 pounds (used to be 255). I'd love to be at 210 by July. I'll be lifting 5 days a week. Any support or tips would be greatly appreciated.
High carb diet is not good if you are trying to lose fat bu good for building muscle. Stick with a good diet and use lower weights with high reps and you will get results. Sogn up for one the ft programs, they are great, you can ask anyone here who has tried one. Please fill out your profile.
