Starting out new Diet , a few questions

Hi there.

I recently started out a little excersize/weight training program of my own, and I am trying to figure out what kind of diet I should be eating.

Mostly, I am wanting to gain muscle mass but at the same time lose fat. Most importantly, well the biggest goal of mine is to lose fat around my abs.

So I guess my question is, where can I either, find information on planning meals for an entire week? Or could someone here possibly help out a little bit?

Basically maybe some idea's on certain meals I could eat that would be best for this goal.

freetrainers will help you with both your diet and exercise plans and customize it to your goals when you fill out your profile. Do that and then read some of the other posts to get a LOT of ideas for meals and planning. Good luck.

at fitday.com you can more easily input what you have eaten or plan to eat and see the grams and percentages add up.
