Hey,
Just wanted to say that I am starting my first 12 week work out. I tried to start one earlier but, I hurt my back. So, I Have to start over. Any tips would be awesome. Thanks.

Have someone check your form, so that you don't injure your back again.

Stay focused, keep changing things up so it doesn't get old and become like a job. This is probably the biggest reason folks quit. changing things up will also keep your body guessing, thus progression will be forthcoming(the body adapts to what we do fairly quickly and adjusts).
