Age:18 height:5'9 weight:170 b/f: about 12%now(from 24%) schedule:4 days a week, plus two cardio sesions, 5:00am before school, I know! I'm crazy. Suplements: sci-fit whey protein, creatine(5 grams/day), glutamine.

Hehehe I'm 22 Height 6'2 About 250 (I'm old enough to buy beer so I gots a belly :P ) No supplements and I work out 4 days a week

I am 23 Height : 5ft 9" Weight : 140 Schedule : 5 days a week . No suppliments. Never measured myself.
