I started lifting before it was called training. The only trainers back then were for lions and tigers. My posts are showing up as FT pro status and I really want my questions answered as a rookie. Please see my question in general exercise and weight training. Also , I printed my first weeks workout from the 8 week program and then changed some of my inputs. I can't seem to get back to what I printed for tracking purposes. Should I finish the week and then start fresh. This will be my third first week if so. Its ok, I am a senior now and loaded with patience.
God, the mind really is the first thing to go.

Thanks, Charlie

Hello Charlie and welcome.
Yes I agree with Ravenwolf, continue your routine and then change when it's done.
Good luck!
