I am a full time (15+ Credits) college student and work full time at two jobs and am engaged and take care of my fiance when I am at home. I used to model full time and had to stop to get serious with my career. Im trying to get back into shape, lose like 10 pounds that I have gained for my wedding in a few months. It's hard to get back on a good diet and work out schedule with everything else. I need help, I need a diet that will still keep me going throughout the day and a workout routine that won't exaust me when I do it in my spare time throughout the day. What do you recommend???
