Hello everyone! I am new and I have a question about my training.

I am trying to loose 20 lbs. everything seems to work fine. However I have one question. Should I train 1 or 2 body parts when I go to the gym or should I cover the entire body at once? I want to loose weight and tone.

Thank you!

If you have been going to the gym for awhile, then ditch the whole body workout, you will gain more if you go to 1 to 2 bodyparts per workout. Concentrate heavy on that bodyparts you are working and give that part a few days to recover and heal. My new workout is one bodypart per day with a 6 day healing period inbetween. Chest for example, I do 5 different exercises in order to hit all areas of the chest. Keep a diary of what you eat and your calorie intake, you have to have a calorie deficient in order to lose weight.
