I'm from Scotland and have just joined FT. Stopped smoking 5 months ago (after 24 years) and i've put on about 4 stone! Realised i have to do something drastic when i struggled to put on a pair of socks the other day! Starting the gym tomorrow and raring to go. Only problem is - i love food - i'm dreading cutting back in case i start thinking about cigarettes again!
