I am starting the Creatine Loading Phase right now. However in about 3 months its gonna be summer, and Im going on vacation for about 2 months which means NO GYM. So what should I expect to happen after I take Creatine for the 3 months, and comepetely stop lifting after for about 2 months??? Will all the muscle gained just become added fat, thats not what I need on the beach in the summer LOL? Help me out?

If you respond to creatine you can expect to gian 10% in strength amd 5-10lb in water weight as the muscles will pool water insdie of them....for increased volumization...if you are a beginner there's no need for that....also I jsut suggest to skip loading phase if u still decide to take it and just take 5g a day....after 30 days it will be same as loading....after 2 months....you lose the water weight and strength for creatnine...your body is also likely to start cannabolizing your muscle because it no longer needs it and using it for energy....if you continue to eat same calories...then it's possible that your body will store those calories as fat....so if you stop working out...decrease your caloric intake.....muscle cannot be turned to fat it's a myth...

listen, man all this creatine posts are just too much, how many times you wanan hear the same thing over and over again.

Theres nothing special abotu creatine, it will NOT make you huge, or drasticly add 50lbs to your bench.

Next, if you don't workout your bodyies not gonna keep the muscle around. Creatine has nothing to do with that......so stop asking.

If your eating 3000 calories a day now, and stop working out, and still eat 3000 calories you will get fat. NOT cause of creatine......but because those are extra calories and your not active liek you once were.

Muscle is muscle and fat is fat........fat doesn't turn into muscle, and muscle doesn't turn into fat.....

Just cause its summer don't mean you have to stop working out.......if you want that muscle to stay, you HAVE to workout period......

hope this answers everything

While you are off the gym, try to keep your protein high. The amino acids supplied will help to hold more lean tissue than if you just retort to a "couch potato" diet.

You can do push ups/sit ups, etc. do those for your 2 months of working out w/o a gym, don't just quite everything because your on vacation.
