Hi. Three weeks I strained my hip flexer in a soccer game, and it still hurts. If been icing it, and ride a stabilized bike, but it still doesn't feel any better. I was wondering if there were any stretches or routines that I can do to heal it up. Thanks.

Just coming off a strain myself the best thing you can do is rest. Time heals

The best advise is take it easy, and do not put any other stress on the hip flexer. Give it rest and time to heal, if you try pushing, by excersicing, you could cause more damage.
LIke myself I strained the wrist joint and the tendons. Started back to lifting before fully recovered and I am off again, as the wrist has inflammed.
As the hip begins to feel better do light stretches only. A good on is to lie on you back, one foot flat on the floor, knee bent. Cross the other leg over the bent knee. Slowly lower the bent knee to the floor towards the leg that is crossed over. Then return to the starting point and go to the other side. this gives a good mild stretch in the hip. This is one I use, I'm sure there are lots more. good luck and rest.
