whats the bet way to gain strength and muscle mass?besides low reps of heavy weight and protein suppliments

you just answered part of your own question lol. The other keys are food a ton of food along with good quality sleep.

Yeah, you answered your own question - heavy, compound workouts, good food, adequate rest... you really don't need a ton of extra calories to build mass, maybe an extra 200 calories a day.

Rest will facilitate rebuilding and recovery.

Adequate hydration will boost your strength capacity.

are you trainig for a specific sport/activity?

well im doing all that and seing very slow improovment its driving me nuts!!!
