I'm an active 51 yr.old male who's new to regimented work-outs. I need to develop a program where I'll gain strength & endurance, WITHOUT loss of agility. The only times the gym is available to me is Mon thru Fri. I'm more comfortable using the machines. Any imput would be welcomed.
