I have used them. You can get some gains out of them under one condition: Do not do the prescribed exercises with them! Do not run in them either. I developed some bad achilles tendonitis with those things. Oh yeah, and the Jumpsoles are definitely way better than the strength shoes. Either way, they're pretty much a waste of money. Some smart lifting is definitely a better way to go. You'll get some gains as a beginner, but for the most part, those things are the classic example of false advertising.
