Okay, so I'm a little sick of not being able to breathe after 20 minutes of light jogging. I want to build endurance, but still gain strength. I know circuit training is probably the best for this, but is there an alternative. I find it weird to do an exercise for 10 reps and then hurry off to another one for 10 exercises. For example, right now I'm still sticking with push/pull days, with cardio on the off days. So would it be good to maybe lower my weight (50/60% of max raised every week), raise the sets (4 or 5), and just have a lower rest time. Then do different cardio for an hour on the off days? Would that help me accomplish my endurance goal but still grow strength? If not, do I have to do full body circuit training, or can I do split (push/pull/legs). Please help, I'm getting annoyed theres no real good info anywhere else!!!! Thanks.

What you really need here is to build up you aerobic stregnth with cardio.
Without , you are not getting enough oxygen to supply your blood and will even make you more tired when doing the weight training.
do a full body workout 3x a week, and do your cardi on off days. Use the cardio as a warm up (low intensity, about 55% of your max) and cool down.
Not knowing your age it is pretty hard to help you more.

-------------- If you can dream it, if you can imagine it, then you can be it, you can do it. If it is meaningful enough, and you commit the energy of your passion, you will.
