I have heard from a few different sources that stress can be the cause to belly fat around your lower abdomen. Has anyone else herd of this? Assuming diet and fitness is going well, what are some ways to fix this issue?
Stress can raise a a hormone within the body called cortisol.High levels of this hormone can cause the body to pack on the fat in the belly(especially for women)
Reducing your stress is the key to lowering the hormone,relaxation techniques,meditation,yoga,all these requre that you quiet the mind,and go into a state of deep relaxation....
