Feeling stressed out, you know one of those days.
Its safe to work out, or not.
When IM feeling stressed I love to workout..but
i don't feel myself or the urge, just is not there,
I wonder if its safe.

I need my workouts, if for nothing else they are a little bit of "me time" in a crazy day. Most days the only time I get outside away from my computer is to workout. I feel working out has given me a positive attitude and a ton of self confidence. I have to agree with Ravenwolf, you should keep it up.

Best way to kick it, man. Take all the stuff that's charged you up and turn it in a positive direction, way to do it.

when i am mad or just feeling stressed my husband always tells me "go workout"and it works...this is a positive way of releaseing energy........one of the most positive ways instead of leaving in ...(#1 killer for men )(women release their stress better then men like crying that's one reason women live longer then men) ....release that stress....... ;D

When I'm stressed or depressed, sometimes the best thing I can do is work out; those are the days when I really zone out and concentrate on the weights, gets all my focus on the workout and breaks the cycle of negative thinking. Even if I really don't feel like doing it I always try to make the gym when I'm feeling depressed. Also take my fish oil every day!

i defintely agree with all of the above. I'm in my senior year of Mechanical Engineering, and after a long stressful day of classes and studying, the only thing that helps me to unwind is a nice visit to the local gym. so definitely hit the gym when you are stressed!
