Oh my god! Your POST stresses me out!!! You have to get control of your mind before you will ever be able to get control of your body. Focus on that first, the rest will follow when you are more even keel. One stone is equal to 14 lbs meaning that you lost 42 lbs, or, more than 5 lbs a week. Regardless of what you are eating now, you had a good likelyhood of gaining a lot of that weight back due to the time frame you lost it in. Don't beat yourself up too much about gaining some back, just be sure to get control of the stress eating.
You are the only one who knows how to bust your stress level. Some people take a warm bath, or take a walk. I personally do yoga and meditate daily to keep stress in check at all times. I'm a firm believer in decompressing every day rather than waiting until you are a ball of stress and tension and then say "Hmmm, how can I fix this".
Hang in there.

Donna - I too have 3 children, and very little time or energy for working out. 3 weeks ago I started getting up 1/2 an hour earlier than I usually do in order to get in a workout. I am following the WSCC challenge posted on the general health and fitness board.
Somedays are still difficult - I have a three year old who is prone to nightmares, so I don't always get a good nights sleep...but I get up anyway and push through my workouts.
The reason I am telling you my life story is simply this....I have more energy now than I have had in a long time, and I am actually waking up 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes before my alarm. (which is set 1/2 hour earlier than normal)
I hope this helps you somewhat, and it seems to help keep the stress in check. Both my partner and I are self-employed so we have demanding schedules (his business is 10+ years old and booming, and I am only in my 3rd year and still attempting to build it up)
And on a personal note - take it one day at a time. I know you have alot going on - it will get easier with time, and only do what you can do in any one day. It will eventually get done - don't stress over it! (much easier said than done I realize)
You joined a great site for encouragement and support!
