hey.. anyone know how to prevent stretchmarks on the biceps area and chest area from happening due to weight lifting? i just started to get some and im on my 6th week. also, how would you get rid of them? thanks!
There has to be some sort of cream I'd imagine. Having them on the arms is a lot better than the stomach area. With all the hard work I've done, even on my now flat stomach I have reminders of the belly I once had.
Stretch marks are from your size increasing too fast. They are deep in the skin, so nothing you put on the top of your skin will affect them - eg creams/lotions etc. The only thing you can do to prevent them is to gain more slowly, to give everything time to adjust.
