I'm looking to get in shape .. for now i'm looking for help on how to do it at home .. right now i cannot afford to join a gym or spend loads on exercise equipment ... so home is the only way to go for me .. i've done situps but i don't know if i'm doing them right .. thats why i'm here .. haha!
I'm 29 .. 5'7" .. 185lbs .. my goal is to get to around 150 .. i have lost 45 lbs by controlling my eatings habits but now it's time to tone my body and build some muscle definition and i want my 6pack back again from when i was younger!
