Looks painful, but fun.

Wow, that's quite a day. Besides all of the strength work that seems like a high level of endurance as well to be able to flip a tire that many times then do stone lifts, keg lifts, and then drag a sled that far.
What are your current strongman goals? You won Georgia, right? What's next?

How'd that keg weigh 425? Is it solid metal.
Damn impressive, btw.

damn dude. thats sick. i know it is hard to estimate based on it being 2 different lifts, but what kind of deadlift number do you think you would have to put up to be able to lift that stone? i feel like that would be impossible at anything under like 550 or 6. either way, very impressive.
like the halo soundtrack...

Thanks guys. I did win Georgia. My biggest goal is to earn my procard within the next year. I pulled 705 at Georgia and just missed 755. I would love to pull 800 from standard height. As far as stones, not sure. It's more grip dependent getting it off the ground. Deadlifting surely helps though with the actual pull. Good question but I don't have an answer right now. Let me think about it. The keg is filled with lead weights and topped of with sand. It is a nasty keg.
