My two favorite forearm exercises that really exploded their growth is behind the back barbell forearm curl and the suitcase forearm curl. Hard to explain, but I'll try. Grim a bar with one arm by your side, like you would a suitcase or briefcase. Very controlled, dip it forward and then reverse the movement and move it backward. It is very easy to let momentum take over, but don't let it. People in the gym will give you WTH looks, but man did it trash my forearms. I went from weak forearms to some very well developed ones. I also like reverse grip bar curls. This espcecially helped my bar curls and took away the pain I used to feel when I did them.

I find that forearms are really hard to train, they don't seem to get any bigger
how about the rest of you on FT?

Forearms and calves are really difficult to grow. They can be very strong while still relatively small though. Just can't fight the genes in some spots. Welcome to FT.

tennis players usually have nice forearms. I don't know if it is due to special forearm conditioning or if it is cause they swing that racket all day long. Maybe you can get some exercise ideas at a site dedicated to tennis training.

Or for a more fun way...some 13 and 14 year old boys have a well developed forearm on the right hand

Just joking around. Welcome to ft :dumbbell:
