44 and stuck at 145 (5ft 5in)...I run 5x/wk 6-8 miles 9min. mile. Weight lift 3x/wk at least 1hr per session.

I have increased my running, and try to cut back on calories. But then I feel staved and end up over eating. Maybe its just my age...and I need to be happy w/ my weight, but I think I would feel better 10-15lbs. lighter. Don't want to be on a complicated diet. Maybe I just need to chage my cardio????

Try reading the link below and see if that gives you some ideas. You can also take a look at your ratios of protein/carbs/fats. Take a good look at your diet also as women often way over do cardio and don't take in near enough protein and fats.
