Hi being a student myself, I was wondering if anyone has come up with some bright ideas to eat healthily as cheap and quick as possible. Sometimes its tough to resist living off cheap junk food and eating something like 2+ chicken breasts a day would just about tip my student loan off the edge. Any cheap and quick nutritional tips?

Tuna and cottage cheese have always been a big part of my diet as a student. They are cheap and high in protein, most importantly cheap. Peanut butter is good also, as long as it fits into your eating plan. There isnt a single day where I don't have my PB and tuna sandwiches (whole wheat, of course) and a few tupperware containers of cottage cheese.

I find junk foot is usually expensive. I buy my chicken breast in bulk and they are extra cheap since I work PT at Schneider Foods (or Maple Leaf maybe). Best perk I ever had at a job. Cheap meat! And like mzakal said, lots of tuna, cottage cheese, and PB. Fresh vegetables are cheap when they are in season as well.
