Hi there,
I know that this may seem stupid and I think that I know the answer but I thought that I would ask just to make sure...For exercises that use one arm or leg (i.e. one arm crossover), is the number of reps PER ARM OR LEG? In other words, if my plan says 20 reps, is that 20 for the right arm and 20 for the left? Or 10 each?
As you can tell, I am very new to this and would appreciate any insight.
:)
Thank you,
Josh

It's 20 reps per arm/leg.
No stupid questions.

Thank you! That's what I thought but I certainly did not want to be doing extra work if I didn't have to.
