I ran into a slight delima this morning. I had a split of bi, tri, and abs. I did the bi and tri exercises then moved to the abs. Problem came when it was time for hanging leg raises. My arms were so tired I could only get two sets in and only 5 and 7 reps. I tried for a third set but I could hang on. I know the abs missed out. I don't think I want to do the leg raises first because then my arms would be tired from hanging. Any ideas on something to sub for the hanging?
