hey. i need some help. my workout calls for machine standing calf raises but my gym doesn't have a calf raise machine. i was wondering if there were any substitutions to calf raises?
u can do it in a smith machine..( squate rack w/ a counter balance)and get a board or one of those step up things they use in aerobics........or u can fine something thats off the ground( the ege of a tredmill) hold on to somthing and hang ur heels off and do them there or one leg at a time , just mke sure u do full range of motion
