I am doing the free workout home version and am unable to do the pushups and behind the back dips due to an arthirtic wrist. I have subbed dumbell presses and flys and behind the head tricep extenions. Are these acceptable? My goals are to tone and build strength while trying to lose some of this belly :big_smile:
Those will work most of the same muscles. Make sure your program includes shoulder exercises, also.
