I have a problem. At my gym,(small school)I am unable to do some of the excercises. Is there someplace I can go to get replacement excercises? It does have a good selection of dumbells.

Try a Community center or maybe a YMCA, they may have what you need without having to pay outrageous fees to use the equipment.

you could try the home workout here - it just uses the dumbells
