My last 2 back days haven't been real good.
On my deadlift. It looks like I'm arching my lower-extreme lower back. It looks rounded in the mirror.
On my BentOver BB Rows. Say i do 135, b/c of the position i'm on, i may only be able to get in about 10, but b/c my arms get tired and i hardly feel any work being done to my lats. If i go higher, i start to loss my balance while leaning forward and pulling the bar.
I'm on my 3rd 14wk plan. So for my next week, i still have to do these two things. Would can I Substitute them for?
