Hi mooncrystal. For the dips you can use kickbacks with a light weight or tricep extensions. The good old push up will help develope your triceps as well. If you don't have weights, you have to be creative with things like food cans or bottles.

You may want to check into resistance bands as well. They are cheap. A stability ball is cheap as well and it can help you build up strength in creative ways.

For the home squats, again the stability ball offers a lot of alternitives. I got mine on sale for $12 and it came with a video. You cansubstitute sissy squats and lunges to build up to squats. Don't let the name fool you. There is nothing sissy about sissy squats.

Welcome to FT and good luck.

You can do half push ups.......stop half way and come back up.......or like charlie siad kick backs, with bands, weiths etc..........dimond push ups......

I find squats easier to lunges or sissy squats.......but you can run stairs( knees high)
