Wide Grip Chins
Standing Barbell Curls
Lying Tricep extensions
Machine Leg Curls
Barbell Flatbench Press
and with what exercise should i susbstitute it with???

Hmm, if I understand this, you only have dumbbells. Ok, maybe some of these will work in replacement
Wide Grip chins - Get a broom stick, and place it across two chairs, lie in between the chairs and do pull ups. Try and get to the point where you can do normal pull ups from a hanging position
Standing Barbell curls - Just do dumbbell curls then, the exercises are slightly different but until you can get to a gym or get a barbell this will work.
Lying tricep extensions - you can do these with a dumbbell (depending on weight needed) hold the dumbbell with two hands and lower just behind your head (do not over extend!!)
Machine leg curls - dumbbell squats? not sure which the curl is (if its feet to butt, or feet straight out)
Barbell Flatbench Press - Once again, use the dumbbells instead
You may want to look at the home workout that doesnt involve free weight or machine weight equipment. My wife uses it (she is afraid of weights right now) and says she gets a great burn!

I can't think of any thing for the leg curls. Maybe have someone push againist them for reseistance? just a thought.

thinking leg extensions. Squat of some sort. Even if with no weight..
