substitutions for declined presses

i only have a flat bench and an inclined bench none of which decline and i wanted to know if any one knows any other way i can get an exercise for my chest that would substitute for the decline press i dont have any machines just free weights. should i do push ups on a raised surface or something. please help.

Do dips on a chair or something sturdy and lean forward, this will really hit the lower chest. Thats the only substitute for decline press. Hope this helps.

I don't do a homegym workout...however I would think you could get a stool or a chair (anything about 2-3 feet off the ground), put your hands on it and feet on the floor, straighten your body, then keeping your arms straight up and down and do pushups. It would give your arms the angle to simulate decline bench...not sure of it's effectiveness though.

It is DAMN effective. I dnt have decline bench ether. This exercise (if done properly) really hits the spot.
