It's just as important to control how much you eat as it is to control what you eat.Unless you are extremely overweight, try eating 10-12 calories per pound of body weight per day. This should yield some pretty fair weight loss results. I helped my best friend melt off almost 50 lbs over four months on that principal.

I eat Subway about 2-3 times a week and have since been eating other fast foods. But i'd like to cut those out and go strictly Subway. Normally i get turkey lettuce and cheese on white bread. I've since switched to their 9-grain wheat bread. With regular exercise and adding in other fruits and drinking only water, how much weight could i lose in about 4 months? at least a half hour of exercise a day.

With regards to the Subway, cut the cheese, and will help reduce more bad fat.

Would eating just one half a day be better than eating the whole sub in one sitting? Getting rid of the cheese would be easy, but what would be a good substitute that would still go well with the turkey?

No substitute for the cheeses that I can think of. I have the same thing but only a 6" with all the veggies, turkey and a bit of Djon mustard. It all depends on how badly you want it. Have it with a perrier or V8 juice to fill you more.
