I have a major sweet tooth and was able to stop eating Gummy worms and have switched to equal. Today i had a mad craving after lunch and bought some Sugar Free candies and they have no -ose in them and Splenda is listed, but they are pretty high in carbs!? Is it the gelatins? Are they considered an acceptable treat? or do I have to get REALLY inventive with chicken and cu it into gummy wormesque pieces!!??

I wouldn't worry much about a little cheating once in a while. The important thing is that you eat clean and healthy the rest of your time.
It happens that I drink light Fanta, eat sorbet or too much dry fruits but then I'll just be more careful of eating later what my body REALLY needs (and not only what I think is "fun"!)
Hmmm I wish we had sugar free candies here in France!!!

As with anything sugar free, remember to check the fats and carbs too.

Some are High in Carbs, and many have sat. fats.
Resee's just came out with little sugar free peanut butter cups, but put, in legible writing, "NOT A FAT FREE FOOD". I was shocked they did that!
There are some out there that pretty low in Carbs and fat free. Equal has come out with a line that seem to fly off the shelves!

Eda fat free sugar free candies are exactly that. One calorie each or some such thing. They are the only thing that's getting me through this competition diet, more by giving my something to do with my mouth than anything else.

Sweet N' Low International Coffee Flavors are so goood. All my friends can't believe it's sugar-free and asks where to buy them (those who don't watch what they eat) hehe
