Is this an ok snack? I find them quite tasty. They only have 10 calories although I don't know where they come from because it says it has no carbs and it only has one gram of protein which only equals 4 calories. it hsa 45 grams of sodium which I can handle. Any comments on this?

Sounds good to me!

Maybe the extra 6 calories come from fruit juice or whatever sugar substitute used in the making of it???

Whatever it is, it doesn't seem like much to fret about and an overall sound choice for a sweet treat.

Yep, and a great way to deal with the "sweet tooth".

many diets recommend a sugar free jellow before bed with a protein shake or some.
