Thank you for the input. I think I will have to go cold turkey like you said. I did today and it seemed to be alright. :-)

It seams that the more I look at my diet the more I realize that I am eating sugar every day. Weather it is a cookie or frozen yogurt, it is something. I don't know what I can do because I feel like I crave it. I don't want to have sugar substitutes. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

I found that if I went "cold turkey" for a while and avoided the simple sugary things (cookies, choco, pre-sweetened yogurt treats etc) that my cravings subsided a bit. I do fall off the wagon on occation and the only way I seem to be able to get back is to go cold turkey again. I too try to avoid eating a lot of artificially sweetened things, so I use sweet fruit, vanilla and nuts to naturally flavour things like plain yogurt. I also think its a good idea to allow yourself some treats on occation...life is short:)
