I have a serious addiction to chewing gum. i can chew packs at a time. I have stopped chewing as much gum and in an effort to erradicate all uneccessary sugar from my diet, I am thinking of making the switch to sugarless. Will this be ok for a good diet or are the sugar replacements just as bad?

Orbit is a lifesaver. I go to Costco(bulkfood store) and by boxes of that stuff. I don't know what I would do without my Orbit.

You burn any calories in the act of chewing... I like Dragon Fire and Eclipse!
