Hey everybody! Can anyone suggest a great tasting low carb, low sugar weight gain shake? I am eating 6 meals a day a gallon of water. But I am going into the bulking phase. However, I do not want to add lots of carbs and or sugars and put on fat! Any suggestions?

Why not simply stay on the diet you are currently doing, just increase portion sizes for a calorie surplus?

If you're looking to supplement your protein intake while trying to gain mass, I suggest Specialized Protein for Lean Mass Gaining by Universal. It's a great blended protein designed specifically for that.
However, I do want to caution you about your total forsaking of carbs. We all know how muscles grow and become more massive (their repair and adaption as a result of increased stress). It is true that only protein can help repair muscle, but it is with enough carbs that you are able to push sufficient pounds necessary to stimulate muscle growth. If you are trying to "bulk up," I strongly suggest you keep a close eye on your carb intake, and make sure that it is enough.

Thank you both,, I want to push to the next level and I can not cram down any more food per day. So, I figured a nice low sugar low carb high cal shake would be put me there. I do eat wheat pasta one-2 times a day as with everymeal I have protein and carbs. I just didnt want these high sugar super high carb shakes out there,,Your thoughts.. ?

If you don't want the carbs and you're going to stick with strictly protein, you can only shove so many grams into a normal scoop (about 30g), usually 20-25g per scoop. The one I mentioned has 24g per scoop. Companies can claim huge numbers but with bigger servings. Which ever protein-only powder use choose, make sure that you're getting more than 70% protein per scoop, otherwise, it's a rip off.
