Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

So I've been dieting and working out steadily, and things are going okay, but I know plenty of people take weigthloss supplements to help them along. I figure it can't hurt (well of course it actually can, but not if I do my research) and may help, so I'm curious what supplements others would suggest. Anyone have experience with Trimspa, Hydroxycut, Dexatrim Results, or other weightloss supplements to recommend? I'm not looking for a quick fix, but if there's something out there that'll help me along I don't see why I shouldn't take it. Thanks

Maximise your diet/training first. In this "sport", I would venture to guess that 95% of our gains/losses come from proper diet and exercise. Maybe 5% come from supplements, and this is usually for advanced folks who have long ago maxed out the diet and training. I would suggest doing this first, max out the 95%, then use the 5% to help you out. Save your money for now, most of those supps don't work anyway.
