This site is great, but I have just one suggestion. This already might have been though of or maybe is going to be implemented in the future.....but is there a way that when you pull up your workout to print, somewhere on the sheet right beside each workout, it prints out how many reps and how much weight you did last week in that workout? I always write it down so I know what I did and how much I should do, just an idea?

That is such a fabulous idea! I was going to design my own database to do something similar to that because trying to find the last time I did an exercise, and all the information that goes along with that, is so very cumbersome.

I usually keep track of my exercises in a log book that I take to the gym with me, so that I have all my workouts in there and just add the fitness exercise for the day. It is a great idea, cause before I started my logbook, I was thinking the same thing.

You can get it by pulling up the previous work outs and printing the days you want thats what I do. Its a little more involved but gives you what you asked for. Give it a try.

That would be great! I currently have a 6 page excel spreadsheet that I use which I record all of my reps and weight in. Each six page book lasts an 8 wk period. So I punch holes in it and put it in a 50 cent notebook and to the gym I go. Each page list exercises for a different muscle group and has several of each listed so that I can record one week's workout and then return to the same page the next week and see what weights I used and record again. Each column has a spot for the date and a cell for recording whether it was the first exercise that day or the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th... It helps because at a glance I can look back weeks and see my progression.
