i started working out and eating right 8 weeks ago. i started at 126 lbs 34% bf. 32waist, 39hips. 5' 6". NOW, 121 lbs, 26%bf and 2 1/2inches off waist and hips.
1. is this a good pace for 8 weeks?
2. my real question is, how can i loose the big fat pooch i have (i have a small upper ab area with some definition but round pouch in lower abs) without loosing anymore weight?

That is great for 8 weeks - O would guess you have gained some muscle, as well as losing fat and inches!

You will just need to be consistent with your diet and exercise for the fat on your lower abs to go away - it takes time. I don't know if you will loose more weight or not, but continue eating clean and exercising - it must be working!
