my arms are pretty weak as compared to my other body.. by weak i mean not the bulk.. thats okay.. i'm talking about power.. as compared to my other body parts my muscles of arms do not have enough power... thats the reason i want to wear them so that the muscles get use to a little bit more burden then what they are doing now resulting in increased power (as the body adopt to the change)... is it a good idea or should i avoid it?

so it won't make the arms strong?.. i mean i read here on the site that the body adopts to the new circumstances.. so if my arms have to lift another 2.5kgs extra weight.. won't they get strong?

yes it will adapt, however at what cost....your joints? I mean carying extra weights on yoru wrists can't be good for anything,
hows and extra 5lbs hanging from your arms all day long gonna make you stronger?

u've got point their BA... that'll definitely put extra weight on my joints.. but just curious.. won't the muscles try to support the joints for an extra weight?.. sorry for asking again n again.. just want to clear myself thats all.. am new to the weight training so am trying to understand it.. don't mind me asking please :)

muscles move the body via joints. Your ligamnetsand cartlage will be whats taking the beating.
muscles have lil to do with actually supporting a joint. They just move that joint.
Think of this......grab a dumbell and hold it in the weight room. Now walk around.......how the hell is that gonna make your arms bigger? Your arm naturally swing, but thats not gonna make you have bigger arms. when they swing they pivot at the shoulder, not elbow.
theres nothing quick abotu working out, nor any quick fixs. Every guy wants big arms.....and its comes from work( hard work)
So i'm telling you AGAIN its a waste of time and money.
