My routine for the past couple months has been
monday - chest triceps
tuesday - legs calves
thu - shoulders
fri - back biceps
But with summer basically here i am starting a job that takes up a lot of my time and is very physically demanding. I have extremely happy with what i have gained over the past couple months but i know i cant keep up this routine because often after work i am extremely tired and need to rest. i know i will be able to workout 2 to 3 times a week, but most likely 2. If anyone could offer any advice on a new routine and what should be done on the days it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
I know what your sayin, I work construction, it wears you out and you don't want to go work out. I try to go Mon.-Fri. for about 45 minutes, just long enough to get in the important exercises. If it's possible you may want to go real early in the morning but I know that's hard to do. Just be sure that when you work out that you stick to your major exercises and focus on the major muscle groups.
